Affinity Group is a multiple award-winning trust and corporate services provider with offices across the Isle of Man, Malta, Cayman Islands, UK and USA. Their expertise spans a wide range of sectors including yachting, aviation, eGaming, fintech, family office, trusts and companies - managing a book of business across complex, multi-jurisdictional structures.
The Challenge
With a broad entity base and a preference for maintaining close internal oversight of their reporting process, Affinity needed a solution that combined robust classification capability with hands-on support - rather than a fully automated approach. Reporting across complex entity types and asset and income categories left little margin for error, particularly at deadline time.
The Solution
Affinity has worked with Classifi for one year, taking a more manual approach with their entities onboarded into the platform and the Classifi team providing support throughout the reporting process. When an obscure classification combination within the system produced an unexpected result, the Classifi team identified and resolved the issue within 48 hours - demonstrating the kind of responsive, detail-oriented support that makes a real difference at a critical time.
