Classifi.digital provides classification and classification-related services to assist with the classification of client entities for the purposes of compliance with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act ("FATCA") and the Common Reporting Standard ("CRS"). These services may include, but are not limited to, the determination of FATCA status, CRS classification, and provision of related reports for trust and corporate service providers and family offices.

You may use the Website only if you are of legal age and capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and if you are an authorised representative of an entity that is utilising the Website for the purposes stated in clause 1.
